What is the quickest way to book?

Book online: choose a workshop, pick a date and time and pay by card. You do not need to contact us first.

Can I ask about a group, birthday or team booking?

Yes. Send a message with your preferred date and the number of people, or call 08 6373 7774.

I have a dietary requirement. Who do I tell?

Mention it in the message form or when you book. There is also a dedicated Gluten Free Pasta workshop.

Can I request a particular dish or sauce?

Yes. Tell Mamma Giulietta what you would like to learn and she will do her best to include it.

We had a wonderful day with Mamma Giulietta today in her beautiful space, immersed in authentic Italian culture, traditions and incredible food. Giulietta is a warm and generous host who shares her knowledge, family recipes and stories with such passion that you feel like part of the family.

It was so much more than a cooking class—it was an experience filled with laughter, learning and delicious food. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and you leave with not only new skills but also a greater appreciation for Italian traditions and hospitality.

It was 4 of us, and Giulietta not only taught us how to do pasta, pesto and sauce from scratch, but she also made us feel at home. We learned about what real food is, Italian culture and we had lots of fun. I would 100% recommend to do this with friends, for a date or even on your own, Giulietta will guide you through every step with patience. We made everything from scratch and she went through all different techniques to make it the best possible learning experience.
