This workshop is a favourite, combining simple fresh vegetables with simple fresh herbs.  The vegetables that were a regular on our dinner table, were eggplant, zucchini, broccoli, Spinach, peppers, always juicy tomatoes, pumpkin green beans fennel. 

 

Then we had our winter staples, dried borlotti beans, chickpeas, lentils. These were a must on the dinner table.  

The love for all of the above, is shared with you when Mamma Giulietta guides you with her hands-on approach. As you do all the work guided step by step by her.
